chore: 테스트 로드아웃 구성 변경 및 환경 설정 정리

- 테스트 로드아웃에서 돌진/회전베기를 보호막/방어태세로 교체
- 밸런스 더미 씬 DPS 벤치마크 UI 앵커 조정
- .gitignore에 BuildSimulationReports 추가
- Unity MCP 서버 설정(.mcp.json) 추가
- TMP 마루부리 폰트 아틀라스 갱신
